Return Policy

Our nunchaku are all one of a kind martial arts weapons.  Due to the nature of the use of the nunchaku we will only exchange or return items that are damaged in shipping or have an existing defect at the time of shipping. You must inspect and notify us the day of your package’s arrival on any shipping or product defect.  Large orders are photo documented prior to shipping to ensure the quality of our product and the condition of our product when it ships. No product can be returned due to buyers remorse, spite, indifference or damage that occurs after the product arrives. Nunchaku that are damaged during use will not be replaced.  If you return a nunchaku that has been damaged from use you will not receive the purchase price refunded and will have to pay shipping costs to have the set returned to you a second time.  See nunchaku care  Our policy lasts 7 days. If  7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since all our nunchaku are one of a kind if a replacement is sent it will be as close to the original items make and model as possible.  Exact duplicates are not possible. If we do not have the item being returned available we will issue a refund for the purchase amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Rope Lengths

Not knowing what rope length you like or not requesting a specific rope length is not a valid reason for returning our nunchaku.  All rope lengths are approximate and can not be scrutinized as a means and excuse to return an item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed same day, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Once a refund is issued the money is transferred from our account immediately. Most banks will then credit your account anywhere from 12 hours to three days. This is a function of your bank or credit card company and American Nunchaku has no control over how fast or slow the credit is applied once it has been issued.   Any refund issued because the customer simply changed their minds about the purchase will not include shipping charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@usanunchaku.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@usanunchaku.com to get an RMA# and return authorization. and send your item to: American Nunchaku Co , PO box 392, Lemoyne, PA, 17043, United States.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: American Nunchaku Co , PO box 392, Lemoyne, PA, 17043, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
